As the girls get older, the summer breaks ending are SO bittersweet. I literally love hanging out with them all day & doing all the things. My little besties. I can’t even believe how fast this summer went by & that we are headed right back to school on Monday!
We did so much this summer! Volleyball camps, park hopping, all the shopping, Aria’s birthday, I went to Palm Springs to visit family, Stella made a club softball team, Riley Green concert for a friends birthday, the Iowa State Fair, lots of softball, lots of movies, Hello Iowa, seeing Stella’s art at the Waukee Art Festival, VBS, a friends wedding, swim lessons, Florida, skating & all the cake/cookie orders!
We packed in a lot & it flew by! The thing about when August starts it just feels like the rest of the months of the year are just going to FLY by! The last 4 months of the year are my absolute favorite so I’m so excited but I’ll always hold on to summer while the girls are still home & in school.. This time with them is so precious & I already know the tears will be flowing for me come Monday.
