Let’s get into it..

First off.. I have wanted this book since “The Path to Loving Him” in the Almond Bay series. That’s where we first meet Bennett & Bower. Being in Meghan’s universe is literally my favorite place to be.

We pick up right where we left off in “Just for the Cameras” the first book in the Bay Area Players series (which I highly suggest you read before this one if you haven’t). Meghan gives us a little insight to Bennett & Bower through the years at the beginning of the book which I loved since you can just tell how deep Bennetts crush was from the get go!

Bennett was literally the best book boyfriend– honest, sweet, sexy & so much more. I loved his love for Bower. How he wouldn’t give up no matter what even though he wanted too so many times because he thought it was hopeless.

Bower was hilarious & I loved watching her navigate all of these new feelings for her best friends brother! The way Bennett was testing her I would have just crumpled to the floor & been mush. I get why she was at war & didn’t want to give into her feelings but dang I wanted to shake her so much sometimes! The spicy scenes with them… WHEW they delivered.

We still get the Gladdy Daddies chat which you know delivers so much every time. Freaking OC is literally thee best, most crazy character & the fact we get his book next year– I CANT WAIT. Maple shows up in the chat too & it was giving me vibes from the Frozen Fellas chat in the Agitators series when Penny entered the chat! So hilarious & I never will understand how Meghan comes up with the most hilarious text exchanges.

I honestly can’t get over this book because it was so dang good. I am so obsessed with them, so obsessed with how this book unfolded, & obsessed with the new characters we were introduced too! I have a feeling we will be seeing more of them in other books!

Meghan is the queen of rom coms & my favorite author! This is a must read & needs to be added immediately to your TBR if it isn’t already! Available everywhere in stores, KU & Audible!
