Christmas Bread— Who doesn’t love dessert bread? This festive treat is the perfect choice for your Christmas morning spread or holiday gathering!

Ingredients:
Bread:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Magnolia-Star Vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup sprinkles (holiday colors encouraged!)
Glaze:
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp Magnolia-Star Vanilla Bean Paste
- Sprinkles on top if desired.
How to make it:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and Vanilla Extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon to the mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Grease a 9×5 loaf pan, pour the mixture in, and bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is fully cooked.
- While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and Magnolia-Star Vanilla Bean Paste. Set aside.
- Once the bread has cooled completely, pour the glaze over the top and sprinkle with additional sprinkles if desired.
