If You Give A Single Dad A Nanny by Ann Einerson

Blurb:
I, Marlow Taylor, need to stop fantasizing about the hot, single dad next door.
Should I have agreed to nanny his cute six year old who loves my dog Waffles? Absolutely not.
But her dad seems to think he can do everything himself. (spoiler: no one can)
3 reasons why I absolutely cannot fall for Dylan Stafford:
- He’s grumpy and doesn’t seem to like me very much
- He lives next door – literally next door to my perfect pink house
- There are no secrets in a small town
I’m an optimistic artist, never living in one place for too long.
He’s a cynical billionaire, trying to raise his kid on his own like a “normal” person.
Since I’m not going to fall for Dylan Stafford, it shouldn’t matter that he shovels my driveway or looks at me like he could devour me.
One kiss later – I, Marlow Taylor, am completely screwed.
Let’s dive into it! I loved Ann’s holiday story “If You Give A Grump a Holiday Wishlist” when I read it in December so I was so excited to read this one! It was the beginning of meeting the Stafford family & I love the family so much!
This book is about Dylan Stafford (1 of 3 Stafford brothers) who’s a single dad & he is just the cutest freaking dad to his cutie daughter Lola! He is such a grump but Marlowe is such a ray of sunshine! I love grumpy/sunshine tropes when the grump just eventually lets all his guards down & falls head over heels for her! SWOON.
I love how Marlowe puts him in his place when he is being an ass to her! She just keeps being her sunshine self even if he can’t handle it. I love their age gap & that they didn’t make it a huge deal like some books do. The spice was spicing & I was here for it! Marlowe & Lola were so wonderful together.. not pushing it & letting their relationship grow naturally since Lola’s mom is MIA.
All in all it was so good & I kept wanting to go back to read it when I had a free second! I can’t wait for the next book that comes out in the series that focuses on another Stafford brother, Cash! This book is now available on Kindle unlimited & Amazon!
Tropes- Single Dad/Nanny, Small Town, Grumpy/Sunshine, Age Gap (23/33), Banter & Spice.
