Time to Reflect

I cannot believe we are heading into our last few weeks of 2025! It has been a FULL year! So much to be thankful for & honestly just at a really good place in my life right now with how things are going. Things are BUSY but honestly wouldn’t have it any other way!

When 2025 started I set a couple goals & stuck to most of them! One that I didn’t grab was hit 15k on my instagram— I’m almost there but still short. If I had a video go viral on there in the last few weeks I maybe could make it but it’s honestly I don’t know since it’s hard to grow anymore on there. One surprising turn of events is that my facebook business account has taken off like wildfire because of some viral videos for whatever reasons! So that has definitely been a blessing & I’ll take whatever I can get! This business— you put so much heart & soul into it so when it takes off it truly is a blessing! I love it so much. And as I am sad that I didn’t get to 15k — I have SO MUCH to be thankful for, for my brand!

2025 highlights for my brand:

I had a front page article about ME in my states biggest newspaper! That happened in January & I still think about it— this space was something I built from the ground up & it was amazing to see my hard work paid off!

I went on Hello Iowa (live tv show) 10 times (still 1 more this year) which is always so much fun & I’m so thankful that I get to do that!

I had my first ever branded product— a candle with CandleBarDSM. “The Life of A Cake Girl” — a vanilla buttercream cake smelling candle & I’m so obsessed with how it came out! I’m so thankful to everyone who bought one (42 to be exact!!!) & supported me through this! I had so many friends reach out, buy the candle and so much more! I loved the entire process & Maria from CandleBar was a dream to work with! Easiest yes ever!

Those are the top things I’m most thankful for with my brand this year but honestly I’m always thankful because so many people show up for me & support me in this space that I created & I am SO blessed to have them all in my life! What a crazy time its been since I fully started & I can’t wait to see what the next year is going to look like!
